Reservation Details
To reserve a suite, simply call (731) 697.4252 and check on availability. A credit card number will be needed to secure the stay.

Rates are based on double occupancy per night. If more than two guests (over the age of 12) are staying in the suite, an additional $40 fee per guest, per night will be added to the total cost. There is no charge for additional children. Peaceful Oaks Bed Breakfast and Barn accepts all major credit cards.

Extended Stay
Peaceful Oaks Bed Breakfast and Barn is happy to accommodate guests that wish to make their stay an extended one. Please call us for details and special rates at (731) 697.4252.

Cancellation
The advance deposit is refundable until 10 days before the start of the reservation stay, less a $25 service fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of the stay are non refundable.
