The comfort of guests is the first priority at Peaceful Oaks Bed and Breakfast. To keep things running smoothly, please review our policies.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Unless otherwise arranged, check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (CST) and check-out time is prior to 11:00 am (CST).

Reservations
A deposit in the amount of one night’s stay is required to reserve a reservation. If the deposit is not received within one week of making the reservation, your room may be rented to another guest. For a reservation of more than three nights, half of the total rate is required in advance. Depending on availability and cancellations, last-minute reservations may be made by calling 1.731.783.1990 or 1.731.616.7921 (c).

Rates are based on double occupancy per night. If more than two adults are staying in the suite, an additional $40 fee per adult, per night will be added to the total cost. There is no charge for additional children. Peaceful Oaks Bed and Breakfast accepts all major credit cards.

Cancellation
The advance deposit is refundable until 10 days before the start of the reservation stay, less a $25 service fee. Cancellations made within 10 days of the stay are non refundable.

Children
Well-mannered children supervised by an adult are welcome. Baby-sitting services can be arranged with advance notice.

Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval, but should never be left alone in rooms. We encourage owners to crate pets if possible. An additional clean-up fee will apply if pets become disruptive. 

Pool
Use of the pool will be at own risk and limited to guests unless prior arrangements have been made. For safety of our guests, the pool is fenced in; however, children that are 12 years and younger are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. Glassware is also not allowed in the pool area.

Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. An additional cleaning fee will apply for in-room smoking.

Internet Access
High-speed wireless internet is available for guests at no extra cost.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included with every reservation at no additional fee. Breakfast time should be pre-arranged to meet guests’ specific needs.
